AHRODITE rainfall and temperature is a Gridded data set.

If you want to make this into CSV then u need to take a particular lat and lon, then u can find the values for that particular point in different time intervals.

Presumably you have rainfall and temp data from APHRODITE in the netCDF format. To convert it into the *.csv format you have to tranform netCDF data to plain text first and then from plain text to *.csv format. You can use a tool to work with netCDF data like 'CDO' (free software), use this CDO command to transform netCDF data into plain text:

>CDO outputf,%8.3g,8 your_input.nc outp.txt

Then you can import 'outp.txt' into a spreadsheet and save it in the *.csv format.
