I have designed a CMOS image sensor device in TCAD and need to convert its equivalent model in a SPICE simulator to obtain the overall read noise of the designed pixel with backend electronics. Would I need to build the photodiode model from scratch in SPICE or can I use some already available PDK for the purpose?

yes. But you should specify the parameter you wanna extract (e.g., gm of a MOSFET at certain operating point). Actually, the ETRACT command of Silvaco looks like a plot functions.
Oh i see. I am actually using Sentaurus TCAD wherein I find parameters like vth, gmmax, idsat, ioff, rout and ron In analysis options. Could you please refer some material/examples of TCAD so that the application of this analysis is clear. Thank you.
