Dear Koushik Kanti Barman, you can transform your PDF file (generated by LaTeX) to Word by using some external free resources. In this site, the transformation is quite good.
Dear Koushik Kanti Barman , there are other options which not involve uploading your file, for instance, through Adobe Acrobat Pro and Pandoc. In the case of Adobe Acrobat Pro simply open PDF and then save as doc. In the case of Pandoc, the conversion is directly from the .tex file. Acrobat Pro is paid software, but Pandoc is free.
You can also open your LaTeX-PDF file directly in MS Word (File -open - all files (*.*)) The results seem very good indeed. Here it is more about Pandoc and this thread: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/111886/how-to-convert-a-scientific-manuscript-from-latex-to-word-using-pandoc
Your latex file generates a pdf. It is better that you convert the pdf file into word file. It is not possible to convert latex file to word file directly.
