I've been in a dilemma for a long time, is "Annals of Medicine and Surgery" journal published by Wolters Kluwer or the Elsevier?

I've attached two images. One has Elsevier's name on the journal's cover and Wolters Kluwer's on the other.

The journal is now published by Wolters Kluwer https://journals.lww.com/annals-of-medicine-and-surgery/pages/default.aspx
