How to controle fill thickness by using spray pyrolysis method? also give some reason, film thickness increases whil doping concentration increased.
In my case, The measured film thickness is 156, 316, 448, 623 and 841 nm for 0, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5 wt. % of Cu-Y2O3 thin films. Please add the reason to cause this result.
Some thickness control parameters:
The deposition time of thin films.
The concentration in the spray solution.
The carrier gas flow rate was maintained .
The normalized distance between the spray nozzle and the substrate .
The spray time interval.
The flow rate of the spray solution ml/h.

Film thickness can be monitored by varying time deposition or the volume of spray solution.

Following the above researchers comments, i understand you had a typo in your question which the word should be "film" instead of "fill".
In your samples, the reason for the film increased against doping concentrations from pyrolysis spray coating, is both the mass and molecular interactions increased if other conditions are kept the same such as a duration and speed of the coating, temperature of the substrates and a distance between the spray gun nozzle and your substrates, which are all the factors to affect your film thickness.
