In my previous studies, I collected data including older people with multimorbidity. In total, I counted the prevalence of 12 chronic diseases, including hypertension, CKD, diabetes, and so on. However, I have trouble with the conduction of cluster analysis for the diseases. I tried to use MCA & k-means, but I could only conclude that these diseases can be divided into three types and which diseases are in each type.

I am not sure if this analysis is proper. If it is, how can I continue to analyze the association between each disease type and health-related quality of life(measured by EQ-5D)? And how can I find the influencing factors of HRQoL?
