you can use vacuum desiccator but take care (before and after) at the DNA qualities, it can more or less damage it. it's very simple.

Depending on the volume to evaporate, speed vac is very straight forward (evaporation under vacuum). Otherwise ethanol precipitation (for protocol read any molecular biology book like Maniatis for instance) or evaporation under N2 are indeed an alternatives.

I did it using N2 evaporation and it worked

Dr. Dominique Liger is rite. otherthan these methods you can also use any PCR purification kit with low elution volume. This procedure also get the purified plasmid.
