I downloaded grib2 data for Temp at 2m, U at 10m, v at 10m for the same period. Now how can I convert these three files as a single grib2 file?.

if you have cdo installed, you can use this:
cdo merge temp2.nc u10.nc v10.nc out.nc
Use "cat" command under csh, ksh, csh or bash UNIX shells...
cat file1 file 2 ... file N > final output.grib
For grib files;
cat infile1.grb infile2.grb > outfile.grb
For netcdf files;
cdo merge infile1.nc infile2.nc outfile.nc and
to merge along the time axis;
cdo merge infile1991.nc infile1992.nc outfile1991_1992.nc

For GRIB:
On Linux you can use the grib_copy tool. This tools comes with ECMWF's ecCodes package:
grib_copy grib_file_1 grib_file_2 ... output_grib_file
On Linux you can simply concatenate the GRIB files:
cat grib_file_1 grib_file_2 ... grib_file_N > output_grib_file
For NetCDF (unsupported by ECMWF)
Care needs to be taken when merging NetCDF files, as differences in the structure of the files can cause issue. Other issues such as the total size of the merged files also needs to be considered.
If the files are of similar structure, one way to merge netcdf files is using CDO merge:
cdo merge infile1 infile2 infile3 outfile
or if a valid time'
cdo mergetime infile1 infile2 infile3 infile4 outfile
Please suggest what the command would be for concatenating or merging netcdf/grib files for more than 100 files.
Using wgrib2:
wgrib2 -append input1.grib2 input2.grib2 -grib output.grib2
or
Using CDO:
cdo cat input1.grib2 input2.grib2 output.grib2
