I am confused on how to present my data on the Ferric reducing antioxidant power FRAP assay. I have prepared my samples on a concentration range but i do not know how to present in percentage to come up with the EC or IC50. If I present in Ascorbic acid equivalent or FeSO4 equivalent, I do not have a benchmark of how high or how low is a good AAE or FeSO4 Equivalent.
You can just compare your sample to the FeSO4 equavalent that you got.
For example, I used gallic acid as the standard. FRAP activity was calculated as mM Ferrous Equivalents (FE), the concentration of extract/gallic acid which produced an absorbance value equal to that of 1 mM FeSO4. (Article Antiproliferative, Antioxidative and Compounds Identificatio...

You cannot present it as EC or IC50 and you may simply present as the type of standard you used in the experiment, e.g. ascorbic acid, alpha tocopherol, garlic acid etc.
