As beginner I want to all the know-how and the precautions during collecting soil samples for ELISA (Enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay) test. This test is to determine antibodies in blood samples related to certain infectious conditions. In case of Soil sample how it indicate the infection. Please contribute your views.
