I have a viscous polymer and I want to coat this polymer on a glass substrate and currently I am placing the glass slide on a flat surface and then adding a drop of polymer then placing another slide on top of it then clamping it to spread it out and then since the polymer is sensitive to UV light I am flashing the UV light on it for a few seconds and then it is transferred on the slide.
But this method is not repetitive, is there any other method I could try or to improve in this process to coat the polymer.

Dear Harshvardhan Gupta, if any thickness is needed, then spray coating may be used. Also a solvent and or a thinning agent are needed to reduce the viscosity. My Regards

Gupta, spray down the polymer solurtion as Bouaziz suggested,
and use a Dr Blade or Drawdown rod with the desited mills, to get a uniform thickness film
