Generally, a MOSFET doesn't support high voltages, but is limited to few dozens. You can use an IGBT instead, which can support up to 1000V, and carry a current of about 25 to 45A.
If you need a high switching frequency, you must take a look at the maximum working frequency of the component according to its temperature. Also, pay attention to the minimum deadband of the device to avoid any continuous operation.
