you may choose journal from ISI journals that is in your field mean choose one which is found in Scopus or Thomson-Routers.

To publish my articles, of course, I chose the container journals on impact factor.
A respected and internationally indexed journal with a high impact factor. You should prepare your manuscript for the best journal. Aim the highest journal to set your standards. It is very hard to get your article accepted in a respected journal, but if you want to get good citations for your articles, you have to get your paper published there.
Plan ahead and consider that it may take as long as a year - sometimes even more -to have your paper published in a respected journal.
I would like to ask one more question related to review time of manuscript. Some one from us has an experience regarding first review from journal "Journal of Computer Networks and Communications" , Hindawi. How much review time this journal take. Kindly, share your valuable experience.

I would like to ask few questions related to non paid Scopus indexed journals a) how to find it for wireless communication (Electronics and communication engineering) which has review duration lies between 3-4 months. b) Sometimes, we have to suggest the reviewers so how to find it. c) What are the important points which I have to consider while sending paper to non paid Scopus indexed journals.
