Dear fellows,

I'm working on a bispecific antibody and we are not completely sure this one is bridging correctly the targets and that it is not linked only to one target (or aspecific linkage).

What is for you the best strategy to confirm this bridging? FRET? BRET? something else?

We are currently performing some FACS experiments with BsAbs alone or with one or the other independant antibody (linking each target), and with both individual antibodies to see if we decrease BsAb-induced signal at the cell surface. Hope I'm clear in my explanation.

Do you think this strategy is strong enough?

Many thanks for your help.
