How to check an interaction between SNPs obtained from GMDR with logistic regression in SPSS?

In my study I am trying to study the interaction between SNPs and the same was done using GMDR software. now the results obtained have to be confirmed using logistic regression for which am using SPSS software. Can anybody help with how to go about the same.
