Hello Bhaskar, regarding your question, you can measure the effect of failure by to take your material after a mechanical test like the tensile at break and look the region where had the failure by MEV ( fracturemeter).You can see if there was adhesion of polymer over the fiber or no.

several different polymers (having different surface tension) should be used and their wetting behaviour be compared; also, the wetting angle with solvents which are good solvents for these various different polymers can be observed and compared.
