I have  fabricated a highly flexible (elastic) piezoresistive diaphragm whose young's modulus is 100kPa and poison ratio of material is 0.5. Now I wish to see the sensitivity of the device. I tried nanoindentation but the material is so elastic that the proble does not sense the physical resistance to plot the force v/s displacement. That means if I connect the probe of multimeter with the diaphragm during nanoindentation, I cannot proper graph of displacement v.s resistence. Can anyone suggest some other method to do this experiment.
