This is quite complex calculation I would say. It is highly non-equilibrium situation.
I guess the chamber is large enough that the entire jet evaporates before any liquid touches the walls and no pool with surface is created.
For such jet it is highly relevant what is the surface of the jet -- is it dispersed in small droplets or remains together as a single column of liquid.
Perhaps it would be wise to start simply with a sphere (droplet) of liquid of given diameter and given initial temperature. You need to take into the account the temperature change which is a function of evaporation rate (evaporation cools the liquid) and thermal transfer that is a function of the radiation transfer and also conductive heating (since the pressure increases due to liquid evaporation).
Anyhow, you need to explain the situation more in details. And try to get some insight with solving very simplified situation.
