To get the properties of composite material you may please refer to D3039 ASTM standard. Simple tensile tests can give you the longitudinal and transverse properties ( i.e E1 and E2 = E3) poissons ratio can be found out from the strain gauge arrangement in longitudinal and transverse direction . D3518 will give you the shear properties.

@prashob: Is there any other solution to find out these values? any equation?

@hamed: There are two types of behavior the first one is macromechanical and the second one is micromechanical behavior of lamina. As I have explained earlier those where applicable to macromechanical lamina and if you refer to some standard text books in composite material there are some formulas to determine the elastic constants. But to determine these you need to know the volume ratio of matrix and fiber, which you can find out by acid digestion process.

you should follow book 'finite element analysis of composite materials' by ever j. Barbero. There is a procedure given to find out effective elastic properties.
