Can I assume the Ey and Ez equal to zero in unidirectional CFRP?

I'm simulating the externally CFRP strengthened RC beams in ANSYS15 apdl. Could I input the Ey and Ez as a zero due to CFRP in my model is unidirectional? How about Gyz, Gxy and Gxz?
