I use 3 g dry sample for extraction and get 83 mg dry extract. from 83 mg I used 60 mg for folio-ciocalteu assay and get 60 mg/g TPC. I want to find the % yield of the TPC. anyone please help me how I can find this.

So 83mg will contain 4.98mg TPC.
So your 3g dry sample contain 4.98mg TPC. So your yield from dry sample is 0.166%.

It doesn't matter how much you take for analysis if your result calculated per gram of substance that you use.
83mg is the total amount of extract you got from 3g dry sample, but the polyphenol concentration of your extract is only 60mg/g. therefore, your polyphenol yield is (63mg/g x 83mg/1000)/3=1.66mg/gdry sample, that is 0.166%.
