I made curve for standard protein of BSA 125-1000 ug/ml.
I draw linear line in Excel I got m value and c value. which can be generated by plotting the std conc in Xaxis and absorbance in Y
in the equation Y=mX+C, Here i got zero(0) m value then how to calculate unknown sample concentration based on standard curve.

looking at the data you shouldn’t have got a gradient (m) of 0.
You need to do least squares on the data to find the gradient (m) and the y-intercept (c). Try following the example given here:
