How to calculate TPC in GAE mg/g and GAEmg/100g dry weight basis?

My gallic acid curve is in the range of 50-250mg/L. Curve eqn is 0.0034x-0.0725 and abs value is 0.635. 1gram sample dissolved in 20ml from which 1ml was used in the TPC assay.
