How to calculate total CD34 from cord blood sample if we have just the CD34%?

we work on cord blood sample to isolate stem cell and we try to create cord blood parameters?

You have to get the total cell count in the cord blood. You can do that on the same sample you used to calculate the CD34%. Then you will have the equation:

CD34 X total cell count x cord blood volume divided by 100.
