I am attaching an image of RBS spectra plotted using RUMP software.
The target is 193-Iridium on Aluminium backing.
In the attached image, there are some parameters and (gross and net) atoms/cm2.
My query is how to calculate the thickness of the target from these.

One approximation to find the thickness is to divide the thickness from RBS to atomic density of the materials.
Note that after doing what Sanjay says, you also need convert the resulting at-cm/g units to pure length by multiplying by grams/mole and dividing by Avogadro's number. If I do that calculation, I confirm the 145 Angstroms given by RUMP in your image. I cannot confirm that you fit is really valid because what you share is so limited, but RUMP is giving you the thickness, not just things to use to calculate the thickness. Using net value is 145 Angstroms.
