I want to make an equilateral triangle microstrip patch antenna (ETMPA) and I have seen several research papers on how to calculate the side length of the same. I have written MATLAB code for finding resonating frequency of ETMPA, but all of them are generating a different resonating frequency. Problem is that they have a large difference between them. Some are giving 8GHz, some 9GHz and some 12GHz for same substrate parameters. For simulating my structure in HFSS, I need solution frequency. So, which value of resonating frequency should I choose as my solution frequency?

I am attaching my MATLAB file which consists of various formulas of finding resonating frequency of ETMPA. I have chosen upsilon=4.4, a=9, h=1.6, m=1, n=0 as function parameters.
