A silly question!!! Pardon please. Usually a standard curve follows serial dilution with at least four points (especially in 5 point curve) in eight and I assume it reach to 10,000 dilution from standard one. In that plate, because of specimen type, we use different particular dilution factor. If so, how to adjust with that standard curve of the same plate for readings (calculating concentration). Regardless of standard curve dilution, sample concentration only multiplied by particular dilution factor? or Should be changed the concentration of Standard 1 to match with sample dilution factor?
