Usually the dynamic range (DR) of a distortion-free ADC (in dB) can be calculated from its nominal resolution (N) as DR=6.02N (approximately). However, looks like your ADC has quite a lot of distortion.... in that case you should consider the spurious-free dynamic range, which is the amplitude of a sinusoid input (measured at the output) minus the amplitude of the highest distortion peak (also measured at the output).
