Hi there! I used Agilent's Seahorse - Mito Fuel Flex kit for few experiments. Wave software is quite useful to analyze the data. It gives dependency, capacity and standard deviation values in percent for different fuel choices.

My only concern is about calculating significance. Is there any way to do it?

Wave software generates test summary report, but I am not sure about an alternate method to process data either manually or within software to know more details per well or treatment?
