I obtained the frequencies of Rh phenotypes in my sample but I would like to calculate the haplotype frequencies.
Most of the studies used this reference: : The estimation of gene frequencies in a random mating population by Ceppelini et al.
I could not get access to this publication so I am looking for alternative methods.
