How to calculate reflectance angular spectra and phase angular spectra using CST Microwave studio?

With the reference to the paper above, can anyone help as to how to calculate the reflectance angular spectra and phase angular spectra graphs as shown in figure 4 using CST Microwave studio. I tried using parameter sweep, but it is not giving expected results.
