So, we performed an HPLC test on our samples that have been hydolysed using a weak acid. I can't figure out how to calculate the recovery factor from these values.
And, also, we got some N.A values. What should we do as performing the experiment or tests again is not possible?

To find out the recovery factor you need to develop a calibration curve for the pure compound. Plot the graph of peak area v/s concentration and then measure it for your unknown sample. You can calculate recovery efficiency or factor in % terms.
