How to calculate order-disorder degree (S) for complex perovskites from XRD?

Are there any resources that I can learn how to calculate order degree from XRD data? I will be studying with Lead Scandium Tantalate (PST) and most of the articles only gives the calculation formula for S, however I couldn’t find a lecture note or an example about this calculation. If someone can explain the details for this calculations I would be appreciated.
