There are plenty of techniques to determine the surface tension of water. But how to get its nondispersive (nonpolar) and dispersive (polar) components at various temperatures? For example, the surface tension of water at 20 ℃ is about 72.8 mN/m. The nondispersive (nonpolar) component of it is about 21.8 mN/m, and the dispersive (polar) components is around 51 mN/m. But I want to know these two components at 80 ℃. So are there any calculation equations or measurement methods to obtain them? Looking forward to your answers. Thank you so much!
