Dear Researchers,

I am doing fatigue damage analysis of 30 feet steel bridge using WIM data, but I am stuck while calculating the number of cycles produced by each truck in WIM data.

As per the Schilling modified Miner's Rule, the number of cycles should be equal to 2 for the span length lesser than 40 ft.

I would really appreciate it if anyone can guide me.
