How to calculate intensity of light inside a cylinder at any radius.

i am having two co axial cylinders of radius r & R ( r < R ). outer cylinder with radius R is a light source giving light inside the cylinder, i want to calculate light intensity at surface of cylinder of radius r.

i supposed that the light intensity at the inner surface of outer cylinder is Io. and light direction is inwards the cylinder.
