well i am working with yeast to produce ethanol but i am a little confused what 0-5% ethanol is i mean how many grams per litre is it equal to and basically using this information how may i calculate ethanol yield. Sorry guys I am quite new to this topic but i will really appreciate your reply. If its okay may i have one example of how to calculate yield? I attached my calculations for ethanol concentration in the file i uploaded, it is on sheet 2. Thank You.
