Is one theory is enough?
Is it important to include theories in my writing? It is qualitative study!

It depends on the nature of your study. Do you want to test/falsify something using existing theories? Or do you want to build an insight from your data (start from the data). But either way you need to engage with a range of literature to inform your study.
