Hello al! I am looking to calculate and plot error (SD, SEM, etc) for comparing the change in frequency for many immune cell populations between TumorType1 vs TumorType2 (indolent breast tumor vs deadly breast tumor).
I find the best way to demonstrate the population changes between TumorTypes is to show the Log2 of the fold change in mean frequency, of each population, between types.
What would be the best method to to calculate error here, and thus resultant stats. I have the mean frequency each population in each image in each TumorType, and the resultant SD and SEM of each population in their respective TumorType. In a log transformed ratio though, I can't figure out how to utilize these variance metrics.
