I am trying to use ADFMCDAQ2 to transmit digital data, the sampling rate of ADC and DAC are both 1GHz, and I can only transmit 500MHz signal through iio-oscilloscope. Can anyone give me a hint about how to check out the bit rate of DAC and the method to verify it ?

The simplest method to validate the operation of a DAC is to use same speed ADC to test it.
So, the set up may consist of a counter with a number of bits equals to that data converter, followed by the DAC and the out put of the DAC is input to the ADC where its output is stored in a register. The counter is made to count from 0 to 2^n output all the states of the DAC. By inspecting the output memory content one can very the operation of the DAC provided one check at first the operation of ADC.
