I know it is easy to get the molar absorption coefficient of anthocyanin flavylium form, we just have to keep the solution to be strongly acidic, but how to know the molar absorption coefficient of quinonoidal form (A)? Because i know at alkalic environment the quinonoid bases can turn into anionic form, so how do we choose the pH to ensure the complete conversion of the flavylium ion into the quinonoid bases while no anionic quinonoid bases generated?
