Does anyone know something about building pdb models in this special case?

So now I have a pdb file with DNA and protein binding (1 to 1) together. So how could I build another model with the same interface, of which two proteins binding on a longer DNA with two binding sites (DNA protein 1 to 2)? Is it possible for me to do this in COOT and how?
