How to bring down Relative humidity for Potassium Clavulanate Formulation without AHU?

Would please suggest me methods to control Relative Humidity to as low as 15% of a room sized 12ft.×12ft.×12ft. required to make a formulation of Potassium Clavulanate for trial purpose. We do not have air handling unit just yet. Your recommendations will be highly appreciable. Thank you!
