Have you thought of PPADS, another wide-spectrum P2 antagonist? 

I have never personally used it, but I believe apyrase could do the trick here, as long as the AMP/Pi byproducts are not further confounding your experiment.

You could also try to target the receptors with a cocktail of specific inhibitors for different P2Rs you think may be involved.
