I have developed the mould and die ( i have attached the pics) to make coconut shell powder composite cups, the material used are mixture of coconut shell powder (sived) + accacia gum + glycerol (plasticizer) {75% + 25% + 10%} and other reinforcing materia used are gaur gum, locust bean gum and epoxy + hardner but the problem is the material is sticking to the die and even when i am removing the mold the material breaks heating is making it get chared and breaking i have used the ghee and applied over the dieh even this did not work? how to comeout of this problem
Are you using Epoxy is the matrix material?
Have you apply wax or silicone gel to mould (in case you used epoxy as matrix material), if it is polymer composite use the wax or silicone (gel/ Spray) to remove the composite from the die.

I used the composite material of coocnut shell pwoder, gaur gum and gycerol (75%+25%+15%) and i sprayed hevy duty silicone spray even though it is breaking, i think the moisture content was more in the composite since gaur gum water holding capacity is more, waht would you thick which would be the best reinfoecment material to cocnut shell powder, so that i does not breaks and forms the definite shape cup? i have another question weather the die requires the mirror finish surface toavoid sticking?

no sir i have not tried.......
i was going with gaur gum, firstly i mixed the gaur powder and coconut shell powder in dry form { 75g +25g} form and stared adding water and mixing it since gaur gum has higher water holding capacity it consumed more water around 250-270 ml water and i also added 15 ml glycerol but to my knowledge the composite had good consistency just like clay and it was bouncing like rubber ball and not stiking to container. After putting into die it formed very nicely but it to had sticking problem. the remaning composite which was left over after some time it became very lose and was sticking to container and hands so it could not be used.

you can try. bur poly vinyl acetate may be better option
1. Try polyvinyl alcohol as release agent.
2. You cup breaks, this may be due to composite shrinkage. Use some filler say calcium carbonate, silica to reduce shrinkage
sir how to use polyvinyl alcohol, I have PVA in powder form, weather it is avialable in aerosol form, please suggest.....
how much quantity of calcium carbonate or silica to be added.......
Just add few grams in hot water and stir it. It will dissolve and then you can apply the solution on the Mold and allow it to dry. Then you start Molding.
Regarding usage of CaCo3, you can start with 1 or 2% and then you may go to higher %.
