How to avoid MXene (Ti2C3) settling down during dispersion in water?

I formed a 0.5 mg/ml dispersed solution of MXene (Ti2C3) with 1 mg/ml L-Ascorbate (Antioxidant) but MXene doesn't form a homogeneous solution.

Note: I am using this MXene solution for polyelectrolyte multilayer dip coatings.

Please give me the solution with your experience.
