Dear All, I am totally novice in cell culture so sorry if this question seems to be trivial to you. However, I can assume that clumping is no good for when you do grow the cells after transfection. So can anybody suggest that why it happens and how to get rid of this issue. shaking speed is standard, temperature 27 degree, volume 25 ml each flask.

Agitation speed, extended improper passaging methods,
Overgrowth of culture again and again, seeding culture at a high density can cause clumps. Let the clump settle for few minutes and use middle portion of your falcon tube for next passage.
