I'm using ultrafiltration for the separation of free curcumin from liposomes. The tubes are 1ml 0.45um cellulose acetate filter tubes (Corning Spin-X) and the centrifuge I'm using is the Thermo Scientific Fresco 17 model.

If you know the amount of curcumin you added at first, you can find the amount that is not retained in the liposome with an analytical method that will determine the amount of curcumin in the liquid after filtration or filtration.
You could try to pre-filter your sample with a larger pore size, for example 1 micron, to remove the larger components. How bad is the DLS result? It may indicate that your sample is aggregating and not stable under those conditions - and then aggregates would also form back after filtration. You can check by doing DLS on the filtered sample, for those conditions where it blocks. If the filtered sample is also aggregated: there is something in the sample that makes it aggregate, i.e. this is not stable.
If the filtered sample is not aggregated: the preparation may have given you aggregates that a pre-filtration can remove.
