For metamaterials to study the material properties such as eps negative and mu negative it is advised to use PEC and PMC boundary conditions with wave port. Not necessarily to use Master slave.
I would like to thank for your nice answer. But, I have read one research paper where they suggested to use Master/Slave and Floquet port for a complex design of metamaterial study.
However, could you check my design and assign of PerfE and PerfH with waveport?
Please find the attached picture of my design.
Here, I have assigned FiniteCond to turns of all resonators, PerfE to +X to -X asix face, PerfH to +Y to -Y axis and waveports -Z to +Z axis.
Please try to check it and let me know is it correct or not? Please Sir!! please ....
I did the simulation of this paper. It have worked with a little difference.
But, You see in my design (whta I have attached to you), here the complete unit-cell consist of three mutually orthogonal resonators. For this reason, I am not understanding.
