Is it possible to etch patterns of minimum trace and line width 20 microns on a RT DURIOID material?

I need to make patterns on RT duroid (5880) with trance and line widths of 20 micron. Copper clad thickness is 9 micron. Suggest some PCB fabrication companies who can handle this.
